He is polished, professional, knowledgeable, and operates with a lot of integrity. My extended family and friends have been buying their cars from him for years, and everyone always has the same great experience. He goes above and beyond in the process to make you feel comfortable. The Mercedes Benz Dealership of Laguna Niguel itself is gorgeous and clean! I always feel well cared for while I'm there. Everyone is kind and helpful, but I'll always go back because of Gerhard!!

I had been looking to purchase a new vehicle for some time and visited a few dealerships, mostly with disappointing experiences. I decided I wanted to purchase a Mercedes. I first went to Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Newport since its closer to my home, please do not bother going there. They claim to be the number one MB dealership in the country in sales, which they probably are. But they get a zero out of 10 for customer service. Apparently not everyone is treated the same there. After my very disappointing visit and test drive, I immediately called Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel and drove down there the same day. I met sales extraordinaire Gerhard Jurinek who gave us a 5 star experience. He and the entire sales team made me feel so welcome and at ease. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own and I was very nervous. There was no pressure, no games. It was all professionalism and kindness.
