Clean your response times up so people can purchase immediately with no waiting. I would have paid cash for this purchase, but you sat on your hands. Well done!

Called at 2pm today and thr employee said they we're open until 6pm. Showed up at 5pm and it was closed. I called and the employee said oh we just left, I'll have someone turn around and me you. 20 min later no one showed. Then a random guy shows up and walked towards the door. Nope guy said he's been trying to get his money back for 2 months because the engine died on the car he had recently bought but everything he goes there they are closed. Thank you to the random stranger who saved me money! :)

I requested information twice and they never responded. It would have been nice to know whether the car was even still available. I was prepared to pay cash, but not prepared to drive the 6-hour round trip without confirmation that the car was even still there. They lost my business.
