I had a 4:00 PM appointment to purchase a car, one that I'd already picked out that they had to trade for so the sale was a sure thing. There were 3 other customers ahead of me and I didn't leave the dealer with my new car until 6:45 PM. Otherwise happy with my car and my experience, just wondered "why" I made an appointment?
