The service is fine when you can actually get an

The service is fine when you can actually get an appointment. Tried for about 2 weeks calling and leaving VM's about appointment for recall repair on vehicle. Even called manager and left VM and of course no return call. This actually is not a new problem; I have used their service department for over 15 years and always difficult to get someone to answer phone. Press number for service on message robot and call will continually circulate with no one actually picking up phone. If another dealer was closer, I would have switched years ago due to this. Manager needs to address this and also return messages from customers. This is not a new issue and I have heard other people complain about telephone service. I get emails all the time about buying a new vehicle there, but they can't answer the phone so didn't get my last vehicle there. That is basic customer service.

Had to replace a front camera broken by a stone.

Had to replace a front camera broken by a stone. They spent 2 1/2 hours doing it. They didn’t give me an estimate and it cost over $600 to replace a very small camera. I went out to see progress and twice during that time, no one was working on the car. They could have delayed more and charged me another $200/hour. Will go to a Lincoln dealer in the future.

Well, I tried to call the General Manager (Gary) at 3:30 in the afternoon. I was on the phone 15 minutes and hadn't talked to a real person. No matter what number I pressed I got the same result. I can't imagine why any would bother calling. The final invoice I paid showed that the estimate was $265.41 for only labor. I had already paid for the part which was $130.93. If they would have told me that the cost would be $625 to replace the camera, which was usable but cloudy, I wouldn't have done it. I would have taken the part and gone to a Lincoln dealer or not done it at all, since I've ordered a new Lincoln I can get along with the one I had for a couple of months. When I asked how long it would take Chip said not long. 2 1/2 hours is a pretty long time when the estimate was 1/2 of that.

I have only used the service department at this dealership as I purchased the car at a different dealership. Up until recently I have not had the best experience there, however, I have been assigned a new service advisor and she is WONDERFUL.
