Nissan Of Tustin

Thank you to this service team for being the best Nissan team I have ever seen. I have been coming to them for years and they had a hit of a bumpy road for a while but with the manager they have now is amazing. He helped me so much with my issues I was in a rush to get back to work and they made the process so smooth and super fast thank you Tustin!

I just want to thank the team here at Nissan of Tustin. These guys know what they?re doing and they are always so friendly. From the second I check in my car for service to the second I pick it up. I trust these guys with my car and it?s special needs. I don?t have a typical car so being able to come to a dealer that?s reliable and is actually going to fix my issues is comforting. Thank you guys so much I will always bring my car back here.

Great service it was my first time here in a long time. They changed the service manager and a couple of the advisors, this team is amazing. From the moment I stepped out of my car to check in for my service appointment I had someone greet me with a friendly face. We came inside and he explained to me that it might be a longer wait because they were busy I expected to be there at least 4 hours since I had to do a couple of services but they got be out of here in about and hour and a half. That was really impressive. My advisor Jeff explained everything, he was very communicative and always kept me informed of how much time was left. I will be coming back and working with Jeff moving forward. He?s a great advisor and the team is doing a Great job.

This place is the best Nissan by far. It looked super busy when I came in so I was kind of worried about the wait time. I also was walking in I didn?t have an appointment. When I came inside they let me know it was going to be a 3 hour wait time, it made me hesitant but I decided to wait since I?m leaving for the holidays. I was waiting and it only felt like an hour had gone by and my advisor texted me to let me know my car was ready. I definitely wasn?t expecting that. I also received a video inspection of my car and that was really cool to see, I didn?t know what half of it meant but it was really cool. When I went to talk to my advisor I told him how the video was cool but I didn?t understand it and he did not hesitate to explain everything to me again. It?s hard to come to the dealership as a women because you never know if they?re going to try and sell you something you don?t need. But they didn?t he even said there was a service that will need future attention and I didn?t need it now that my car looked like it was in great condition. I love this place they?re honest people and as a women I feel respected and not belittled. Thank you Tustin.

This is by far one of the best Nissan dealerships that I have been to. They are extremely kind. Their service wait times are so quick I didn?t even realize how fast the time had gone by. I came in for a couple of services as well so I?m surprised they got me in and out of there in an hour. I got an email that my car had a recall but I also needed to do an oil change, tire rotation, and some fluids for the cars. The team here is extremely friendly and they explain everything throughly. I highly recommend anyone that owns a Nissan to come here for their services. Come see Jeff or Cash. They will take care of you. Thank you Tustin Nissan.

This dealership has exceeded my expectations. I had a bad experience with them a couple years ago with an advisor that no longer works there. I came back for a 50% off oil change coupon that they sent to my house I didn?t want to because of my bad experience but who doesn?t appreciate a discounted oil change. Me and my wife brought the car and we were surprised at how they were outside waiting for us to come. They knew my name and the time of my appointment, cash helped us out and he was very friendly. He explained to us what services our car needed but didn?t pressure us into getting the services done. He told us the importance of the service and how they benefited the car. I really appreciate that. They had a 2 hour wait time but I was out of there in 1 that was even better! I?m glad I gave them another chance I will be coming back for my future services thank you Cash.

Very great service. Little bit of a language barrier for me but great service team. They help a lot and very cheap service. Come here if want to do oil. Perfect price. Short wait time also.

First off I want to thank Ricardo for being patient with me and working to find a solution for me. I came in with a laundry list of problems and never once did I hear a complain or take it somewhere else. I had taken my car to Irvine before and they told me they couldn?t help me. I was a little hesitant to bring it here because I thought I would be treated the same. But it was a completely different experience. They listened to ALL of my concerns and helped me out. I even got to go on a test drive with a mechanic to show him all the issues I was having concerns with. They told me it was going to take a couple of hours which was understandable. They offered me a loaner car to drive and they covered the cost of it. I finally got an update on what was going on with my car they gave me estimates and solutions to my problems. This team is very efficient, their communication is amazing. As a customer I felt valued and always in the loop. Thank you Nissan of Tustin. You guys are the best!

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. My daughter and wife both bring their cars here too. I refuse to go anywhere else because this dealership is by far the best. I also live 5 minutes away from Irvine says a lot! I’m glad I make the drive to Tustin the service is worth it. This team is my family now. They take good care of our cars and they’re honest. They don’t force us to buy services that our cars don’t need. Thank you Nissan of Tustin.
