I have been servicing my IS350 at Lexus of Huntsville, AL
I have been servicing my IS350 at Lexus of Huntsville, AL since 2017. The driver’s side rocker panel was damaged slightly during routine service last August 2024. Brink Hindman, Service Consultant and his Service Manager listened to my concern and said they would make the repair. Fast forward to my next service on May 2025 the issue was successfully repaired. Brink and his Service Manager’s professional response is greatly appreciated.
