CarMax El Paso West

The salesman created a work order for some cosmetic touch up work. CarMax did not complete the work and did not communicate to me why the work was not done.

Everyone that I had an interaction with was 100% professional. Honestly, I've never had a better experience while buying a vehicle. The vehicle that I purchased had a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed. The folks at CarMax took care of everything. They even ordered a lug nut key for me that was missing from the Honda. I'm admittedly a picky buyer, and the crew at CarMax West El Paso went above and beyond. Completely a pleasant experience.

Who knew? We sure didn't know how EASY it was to sell our car at CARMAX. We completed the online questionnaire and received an online offer. We liked it! When taking our truck in to El Paso's CarMax West, we were greeted with smiles and efficiency. Brittany examined our truck inside and out and gave us the same price as our online offer. With her assistance, we were in an out in less than an hour with a check in our hand. I would HIGHLY recommend selling your vehicle to CarMax. Get your online offer and take it in. Easy Peasy!

Had the Honda Ridgeline transferred from from another location to my location. It took almost three weeks to get in. That was really the not so nice part. Once it got to my city everything changed. The dealership was great and the people were very professional.

Aftercare was lackluster. Took 5 weeks to get new tags. No follow up to see how I liked my car or if I knew anyone who might be interested in a car or truck. This is what we did in the old days (repeats and referrals). I know it would be very difficult to know details about how stuff works on so many diff vehicles. I left there knowing only what I had read about the car prior to purchase. Test drive should be at least 25 minutes. I could have changed that. Oh, they offered me $3100 for a 2011 subaru legacy 75K miles...an Insult

It's as easy as going to their app, filtering the type of vehicle and cost range you are anticipating, making the appointment to view the vehicle, and once you are there, being told, "feel free to walk our lot and see what else you may want to test drive and we'll pull it up for you so it's ready when you get back." Service was great, they have lots of different makes and models to choose from, completing the paperwork was a breeze, and we came out of there unburdened and enjoying our new, to us, used car. CarMax is the schiznit!!!

Still have not received registration sticker or front license plate bracket. Wondering why if its been over 2 weeks

Very friendly and easy to work with. I got the car I wanted! The car is practically brand new and drives great. The service department is also very responsive.

After purchasing the vehicle the help I have received from Jared Johnson, Cassandra and Jorge in services has been outstanding. They have helped in any way they can.
