It was a great experience dealing with Culver City
It was a great experience dealing with Culver City Chevrolet. The service advisor I spoke with over the phone was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice. My service writer, Miguel was honest with me and immediately offered me a loaner car. I needed a new battery for my Chevy Bolt. My car was ready in one week. Very fast! I was very impressed and will continue to go there for all of my car needs.

Asked to have breaks checked and she said they did but then when they brought my car out from getting oil changed the breaks were making a loud noise and she said that's normal

Well, it went well, they are kind and respectful, they take care of you as they should, but there were still other problems that I couldn't fix because it was a little late and I had to leave the Tahoe and I need it to move with my wife and my children for school it will be in another chance

Poor customer service.
Poor customer service. I brought my car there to fix the caliper of brakes and tires on the back and I still hear the noise. I left three messages for the supervisor manager and he did not return my calls. The engine light came on after the service and they did not address the issue. I brought the car back and they said I have to spend another 4500.00 besides the 4000.00 I already had paid them.
