Air Filter clips not fastened, Right rear tire lo 28#. Good pickup and delivery. The video of the Battery condition audio was not clear, other audio was clear. Very convenient.

I was pleased with the service I received...Unfortunately, I had to wait longer than I was told or anticipated. But, thankfully, my vehicle was repaired properly and the service technician was very professional and left my vehicle very clean.

The Customer Service desk was very pleasant and answered all questions that I had asked, they also were very concerned about how I was getting back home.
