Kenny was very helpful.

Kenny was very helpful. There was an issue with the maintenance tech improperly using my own wheel lock key and forgot to return it after the service, but Kenny was able to rectify the situation quickly.

Had it not been for Natalie Harrison, I don’t think I

Had it not been for Natalie Harrison, I don’t think I would have ever had my vehicle fixed. She arranged for a courtesy vehicle (I supposedly had been on a wait list for a month) and she made it happen. She is amazing. Ken Demarest was my service advisor and he was fantastic. He communicated regularly and was very professional.

They had my car for a month for a transmission issue.

They had my car for a month for a transmission issue. The first diagnostic and repair did not solve the problem ended up having to have a new transmission. The delay was too long and being told one of the reasons was I did not have the oil for the transmission and had to be ordered. Seemed very strange. When I picked up the car, finally everyone there was very accommodating and the general manager did all of the things I asked. In the end, I’m happy with the service. The wait time was unacceptable for a car with 5000 miles.

There are friendly, I feel they do the maintenance, but

There are friendly, I feel they do the maintenance, but don’t really follow through with your personal issues with the car. I have a matte finish. The car wash might as well not be one.
