The evidence of the flat tire was not shown and pictures

The evidence of the flat tire was not shown and pictures were not taken I am surprised when the advisor said we don’t have it not even the readings I believe I was cheated for the money not only this the fuel tank cleaner is supposed to be done at 20k miles but the advisor was like it’s due now just to take another $500 from my pocket I tried to reach via phone before the started the repair on my vehicle but they don’t respond calls
