I Had such a great experience at universal autos. from when i walked in the staff was welcoming and professional, really took the time to listen to what i was looking for. they made the whole process smooth and stress-free no pushy sales tactics. just honest and helpful guidance.

Had a great experience, staff very helpful and friendly. We were JC’s first customers as he was hired by universal autos as salesman. Although JC already had 10 years experience selling cars, he made us feel like we were his first customer. I can’t say enough about all the staff, very kind and want you to leave feeling great. Great Dealership and awesome staff, I would definitely go here first on my next car purchase. 5 stars !

⚠️ I do not recommend this car dealership to anyone! ⚠️ I regretted that I did not look at the reviews in advance. I spent the whole day there in vain. First, we waited half a day for the car to be delivered. Then we seemed to have agreed on the price, started the paperwork - and then the real circus began. They "magically" added another +25% to the agreed amount. It turned out to be completely impossible to buy a car for cash - they immediately jack up the price to the skies. In fact, they force you to take out a loan. But that's not all: when you had already agreed to the loan, an extra 25% "appeared" on top again. The attitude towards customers is disgusting: rudeness, indifference, no one tries to help. It feels like they are paid for the time they spend on you, and not for the result. As a result, you lose your nerves, time, and never get the car. ❌ Bottom line: a rip-off and complete disrespect for people. Be careful and think ten times before wasting your time in this place.

I came to see Jeep Wrangler 4xe yellow colour. Car was listed for 23.495, when they realise I am cash buyer, they give me price 28.900 (23% more) and they wrote it on an offer, and I took paper with me to think about it, and ask them to call me if there is some space for better price. No one called, so I decided to buy it for 28.900 and I went there. Manager give me new paper with final offer 32.395, 38% more than listed (all time 23.495). I expect that this kind of dealers wants to scam you, but this way? Never expected!

Their listings are a scam and this dealership should be removed from this site. The price listed is the price you’d pay if you placed a 25% down payment or trade in equivalent. Just a way to get you to contact them. Would not give an out the door price for cash unless I showed up in person. Classic bait and switch. Details in the tiny print about their dealership. Never seen this before, and just to show up like they have the best price when they don’t. In my opinion I would not do business with this place and avoid even looking at their listings.

I absolutely loved my experience and how everyone treated me at this location. Small dealer who gives fair prices and offer great customer service the manager janine was amazing along with the staff. Would recommend to stop by and visit them if you are ever in bellmore.

Don’t buy from these guys. The price you see is a lie . They only show you this to get you in the door. They have it in small Print this priced is based on a 25% mark up . Terrible way to sell cars . Then you can’t get any help once you do get somebody to help you .
