This is our second Toyota to buy from Weiss. Everyone was very kind. Cassandra Kreb was very kind and thorough. She answered all our questions.

Everything was completed in a very timely manner. My service adviser Tom Plager was great, he insured that I understood everything and ask I had any questions. He made the whole experience very pleasant. He is a true asset tom your service department.

I bought my Solara from Weiss in 2008. Customer service has always been great! Yesterday I came in for my 110,000 service, and service advisor, Dennis, was very pleasant to deal with. They are always busy, but my experience has been that service comes 1st with Weiss. I have never had a problem with their service department or their advisors. I've even just dropped by to have them check something out, and they don't put me off, but check it right away.

As usual the check engine light comes on and you need to get in right away. The service department is always very busy but they seem to always take the time to take care of you when you really them. We always have a great experience when we go to Weiss Toyota. Love their sales and service department! They are very professional and make you feel at home.

I trust Weiss. I feel like they are family. Arrived unannounced around 10 AM. Weiss got me in and out. They were extremely busy. They didn't know I was getting ready for a road trip. Thank you.

Customer Service is a priority at Weiss Totota. I depend on Weiss for my total car maintenance. And Service Advisors Tom Coats is the best. He is knowledgeable and sincere. As a single woman, I appreciate the Weiss Team.

I brought my car to the dealership, because I had recall on front passenger side.They check and ordered the parts. I bought my Corolla in 2002 at the same dealership and I am very happy with their services. In 2008 I bought another Corolla for my son at the same dealership. I also recommended to make a purchase at the same dealership to my family and friends and they all happy with their purchases.
