My salesman Dylan is a very nice young man. He was very patient and took the time to explain to me everything;I needed to know about the vehicle I was interested in. I love Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Mobile,their staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to explain things that you need to know (up coming break replacement, filters, etc..), provide quotes when I inquire about tires and other things! Excellent customer service! Saturday afternoon most places do not have openings for

Saturday afternoon most places do not have openings for an appointment, AutoNation had an appointment available and just over an hour and a half vehicle was serviced and ready to roll again. Will definitely return for next service due.

service rep (Brittany Tanner) was professional and friendly resulting in a pleasant experience. Multiple diagnostic checks done by service tech and explained through service rep what options were if check engine light reappeared. Very satisfied with experience.

We bought a new jeep compass and was sold a policy that

We bought a new jeep compass and was sold a policy that we were told was a scratch and dent for car repairs and that it was bumper to bumper except the roof. The financial person that sold this to my husband is no longer their and I can understand why. When trying to use this policy we found out that it only covers dents on the painted part of the car and not the bumper because it is plastic. We went to the dealership for a refund on this insurance only to be told it couldn't be cancelled. After speaking firmly and in some cases rudely, one of sales Managers agreed to give us back the cost of the insurance. Then when I said something about bringing the care to the service center it had to be left all day and the sales managers said they would give me a ride home as they don't offer courtesy service due to COVID19. So now I can take my car in for servicing. I also need to apologize to our car salesman that was standing their when we were going through all of this. He has been nothing but wonderful.

Austin was great with keeping me informed on what’s going

Austin was great with keeping me informed on what’s going on. Even though I was there all day I was ok the staff was courteous and kept asking did I need anything. From the service to the staff my experience was awesome.
