Made appointment for 1 pm today to look a 2018 M550i I was told the car was still available And will be ready At my arrival and ready to see After driving 45 min to the dealer and arrival I was told that the car is no longer available BUT They have different options!!! Please Stay away from this dealership

Don’t walk run away from these scammer they will give you one price and try to up charge you with all kinds of extra fees from after they thought I would buy a vehicle from them they added 11k in fee. Once I walked out the sales person followed me and told me all those fee are optional. After an hour of debating with them. Scammer add 11k to whatever price they give you

Looked at vans on line, came across a ram 3500 Hightop van advertised by Carz4us,left my contact info on the website. On saturday morning at 9am Carz4 us called me and asked if I would like to test drive the van. We agreed on an apptmoint for 11am that day. The girl said the van would be detailed and waiting for me to test drive. I drove about an hour to get to their pinebrook lication. When I arrived(on time)the salesman said he was waiting for the van to arrive. He tried to get me to look at other vans but I explained I came to see the Ram van. After several phone calls he relayed to me that the van was sold. I refused to look at any other vehicles because of this treatment. Not only was the van not on the premises, it was sold. BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH PRAVTICES THAT CARZ4US EMPLOYS. SHODDY BUSONESS PRAVTICES

Very professional. Not pushy. I took my time. Test drove my truck twice. Inspected twice. Negotiated a bit. Spent a lot of time here and drove 2 hours to get there.
