Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept!

Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

I have honestly lost count of how many vehicles I have

I have honestly lost count of how many vehicles I have purchased from Anderson Ford. Every experience, including my latest, was nothing short of excellent. I do not like the shell games and tactics that are part of the car dealer world. For me it is simple...What is the difference between my trade and the new one. No hassle, no games, just a simple difference number. That is what I have always gotten. And, the entire process is easy, friendly, and zero games being played. I encourage everyone who is in the market to go to Anderson Ford in Clinton.

I will never recommend this dealership to anyone that I

I will never recommend this dealership to anyone that I know. I brought an used 2009 Ford Edge from salesman Kevin. From day one I was having problems with the car. The first repair they did cover due to it happened less then 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle. Then from there on they did nothing to help with the repairs. I'm going on a year of having this vehicle and I have already put $2500 in work into it. Now I am looking at a new transmission. First repair was water pump. Then back axel was not even connected. Then leak in power steering. Then brakes. Then U Joints. The sway bar. Then ac unit. Then catalytic conventer, Now transmission. I really thought going to a big time dealership that has been in business for a long period of time I would get a great experience. Not even. I was originally going to look at another vehicle but the one I purchased was ready for me to test drive. Now I see why. They wanted it gone and I was the fool that got it. They only care if you purchase brand new vehicle. I was told a full inspection are not done on used vehicle and it's the chance the buyer takes when purchasing one. All I kept being told is I'm lucky they were able to finance me. If you ever purchase from this dealership makes sure it's brand new because they do not cover a used vehicle.

After miserable, shady experiences with 2 other Ford

After miserable, shady experiences with 2 other Ford dealers, this experience was a breath of fresh air. No fuss, completed transaction by phone call and a couple of emails. Everything was as promised! How unique! Felt like we were at a Lexus dealer. Benji, Stephanie, David were all courteous, professional, honest and efficient. We’d drive the 3 hrs again and in the future and would actually save that time and more being wasted by other dealers. A great experience.

Great deal and excellent service

I recently found a vehicle online and inquired about it. It took less than 30 minutes for someone to contact and get me all of the details that I asked for about the car. Two hours later I was at the dealership and when i got there all of the sales consultants were busy so I dealt with Dean Carlson. He is a fantastic Sales Manager that saw me from the beginning to the end. Very knowledgeable and very considerate. Less than an hour later I was driving my new car off the lot and headed home. That was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I will definitely be back and will always refer them to my friends and family. Mary S.

I purchased a 1999 Ford Ranger and in less than 24-hours, it left me and my children stranded on the interstate, 147 miles home. Despite that all fluids were checked prior to the trip, it suddenly lost all oil pressure and then died. I quickly understood the emphasis on signing several documents at the time of purchase to make it clear to me that the vehicle was sold "as-is" and no services were promised, etc. But really, less than 24 hours? When I called the dealership, their only offer was $500 towards the cost of whatever repair might be needed. Surely a dealership has more resources available than a single mom does to get a junk vehicle they sold back to at least check it out. Their suggestion: "Oh you can find a repair facility on the internet and get an estimate for repairs where ever the truck died." What happened to service after the sale? This is why females don't trust used car salesmen!!!!!
