Dealership sold me a lemon, admitted it was a lemon,

Dealership sold me a lemon, admitted it was a lemon, pretended to fix the problem for 5 months and then said the only way they would “make it right” was to “allow” me to trade the vehicle (at a huge loss from what I had paid for it 5 months prior) for another purchase. My vehicle was in their shop for a week each month with no solution. I finally lost it when they had my vehicle for over a month with no communication. “The manager is on vacation.”

I kind of dreaded even looking for a new car, but Ermir

I kind of dreaded even looking for a new car, but Ermir made the whole process a pleasure. My daughter had previously purchased a car at this dealership and had recommended it to me, as she had also had a great experience here.

My salesperson, Amanda Wallace, was extremely friendly, and helpful in identifying my needs and finding the right car. Financing was also stress free with the help of Aaron Robinson. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.

I have always been generally unenthusiastic about cars

I have always been generally unenthusiastic about cars and car buying, but Amanda Wallace at Speedway totally changed that for me. Her friendly and empathetic approach immediately put me at ease, and I felt like I was truly being heard, not sold. She patiently walked me through the entire process, offering wisdom and education every step of the way. You can tell that she truly loves the brand and wants the best for her clients. Working with her gave me the confidence to make a timely, big decision for myself and I feel amazing knowing Amanda has my back for whatever questions come up down the road. I love my new Subaru and I can’t wait to recommend her to everyone I know!

I just purchased my second vehicle from this dealership

I just purchased my second vehicle from this dealership and again the process was absolutely perfect! Amanda is outstanding and I loved how she started asking what I was interested in purchasing. She also answered all my questions. Amanda really cares about her customers. She has a big heart and the knowledge about all the vehicles available is incredible. Amanda also forwarded the financial paperwork so I could apply online and this was a timesaver. When I came back the next day my vehicle was washed and ready to drive off the lot. Thank you so much Amanda! I also want to thank Vincent in finance. He had everything ready and the signing was stress free. He explained everything thoroughly. Vincent and I have the same dog breed. 😊 Customer service is 100++ at this dealership. My son accompanied me through the whole process and after the signing he said I’m coming back here when it’s time for me to purchase a new vehicle. I felt like I made two wonderful friends! Thank you!

From the moment I first connected with Amanda, I knew I was in good hands. I was trading in my Volkswagen and hoping to leave that same day with a Subaru Outback. She made sure I had all the paperwork ready ahead of time so nothing would slow us down. When we arrived, my daughter had to tag along, and Amanda was so kind and patient with her, making sure she felt welcome and comfortable the whole time. We compared different Subaru Outbacks together, and Amanda took the time to explain every add‑on, feature, and little bell and whistle so I felt confident in my choice. Once I decided on the Outback, she gave me a full tour of the car, walked me through the handbook, and even made sure I downloaded the app before I drove away. The entire experience was smooth, stress‑free, and genuinely enjoyable. I left that day with exactly the car I wanted and a smile on my face, feeling like I’d been helped by someone who truly cares about her customers.

Amanda was great!

Amanda was great! She knew every detail of the Crosstrek and I really appreciated her effort to find the right car for me.
