One they didn’t fix all the recalls.
One they didn’t fix all the recalls. Second the bed liner in my truck had a bunch of dents and divets in it that weren’t there before recalls were serviced. Third nothing was done to fix my bed liner or the other recalls. Also the fuel filler neck was disconnected after said work was done

WARNING: DO NOT EXPECT FAIR INTERNET PRICING FROM GRUBBS
WARNING: DO NOT EXPECT FAIR INTERNET PRICING FROM GRUBBS NISSAN OF TULSA I found a vehicle on their website. I sent an inquiry by cars.com about the availability of the vehicle and the cash price. I was contact on May 27, 2025 by Mrs. Nicole Reid and she advised it was available and the price for cash would be the current website price. I worked with several different members of the dealership in getting questions and info on the vehicle from 05/27/2025 to 06/17/2025. When i contacted them on 06/17/2025, to advise I would take the vehicle and begin the purchasing process and paperwork, the current salesman Mr. Harris, advised his salesman's manger advised i could only purchase at the quoted price if the vehicles was financed or they would have increase the price $950 for paperwork and $2350 for spray the interior for stain prevention...Note the interior is leather seats and trim. Manager Al Lewis contacted me and advised that he had increased the price and it was no longer that price. a quick search of their corporate website still showed the same price as before. He then tried to argue that I was at fault and was looking at a fake website and that the price had changed . This is deceptive practices where Grubb's has manipulate prices or product value to unfairly benefit at the expense of consumers or pricing fraud. This was done using the internet, phones, and text messaging. I text messages and printouts of the website showing that an offer was made to purchase and the price was confirmed on 5/27/2025 and to add benefit to their profit, they changed the price. I respectfully request that the FTC please review the evidence and do what is right and correct have them stop this practice. We Have Your Report! Report number: 188665792

Grubbs Nissan of Tulsa does NOT honor the internet sale
Grubbs Nissan of Tulsa does NOT honor the internet sale price, and they also couldn’t explain why I was paying more for the car upon finance terms discussion. I was promised the internet sale price and wouldn’t have agreed to look at the car if I knew it was going to be over budget. I made it very clear the day before that I wanted my payment below $400. The new 2025 Nissan Kicks was listed online for $21,600 (internet sale price) but decided to make me pay more at $24,000 (this would be the price I paid for their car before any of my trade in numbers or down payment was factored in). When I proceeded to ask them why they would not honor the internet sale price Napoleon kept getting more angry, rudely making fun of my terms and my trade in. He also did this out in the open before I had to ask to go to a more private office to discuss everything. My trade in was also made fun of multiple times by Napoleon. He called my 2014 Mini Cooper a “PT Cruiser” multiple times and acted like it was a piece of xxxx. I thought he was joking at first but definitely was not when he repeated it over and over again. I couldn’t think of it in the moment because I’ve never been harassed or treated with that much disrespect in my life but should have reminded him that Chrysler's are a piece of xxxx. Mini’s are made by BMW which from what I can recall is a luxury car brand. Before you go “hard” on customers, Napoleon remember I can spread this like wildfire how horrible I was treated and tell everyone I know in the area to NEVER shop at this location. I want to personally let you know that I will be reaching out to the owners, Grubbs family of dealerships based out of Grapevine,TX and let them know how horribly I was treated. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
