Loved working with Josh. He was very patient and took time to make sure all my questions were addressed. He helped me determine what features were most important so I could arrive at the best choice for me and my family. This was my first car to purchase unaccompanied by someone more experienced and I felt comfortable that Josh was being fair and transparent through the buying process. Spoke back and forth with a salesman about a used 2022
Spoke back and forth with a salesman about a used 2022 Mazda CX5 that was available on the lot. We agreed on a trade in price for my vehicle and we were going to pay the full listing price on the Mazda. We received the final out the door price and I told him I could come the same day to purchase but that I was 3 hours away. Before leaving my town I double checked to make sure the car was still available and reminded him that we are three hours away and the salesman said that it was still available and that he would “grab the keys”. I reached out again when we were getting closer to give him an updated time on our arrival. About thirty minutes from the dealership (2.5 hours into the drive) I received a text saying that the car was just sold out from underneath us and that his sales manager (Mike Emery) would not let him hold the car for us even though he had told him we were coming from three hours away. I immediately got ahold of the sales manager who initially was very unapologetic. Further into the conversation he decided to try and “make things right” by offering to find a vehicle of the same make/model and have it delivered to my house. He said he would look and give me a call back with what he found. I was relieved that maybe my 6 hours round trip wasn’t for nothing and appreciated him “trying to make it right”. By the time we got back home he still had not called back and the dealership was close to closing so I reached out the salesman and asked if he would get the manager to update us because he was supposed to have called back. The salesman then informed me that the manager left at 6pm so he had been gone for over an hour. Apparently he never planned on calling me back. I am very disappointed with the whole situation and if you plan on driving from out of town to this dealership just know they will not honor what they say and you could be completely wasting your time. Don’t do what I did. Ended up spending 150 dollars in gas and 6 hours of my time wasted.

Great individual Chris is!
Great individual Chris is! He worked with us to get everything we wanted. We were on a budget, and he worked with us and was extremely kind. When buying another car in the future, I will definitely go back to him because he seems like an honest and genuine individual!
