The dealership was very transparent didn’t have to do the back and forth got on a number everyone was happy with really quick Ryan had been our salesman but was off that day a young man named Tyrell Stewart stepped in and was simply awesome 2 weeks on the job best experience of my life buying a car he had it all was genuinely serious about making his boss happy and making us feel at home He really really listened to what our needs were aand made money for his company we talked cars and the test drive was the best he was as eager as I was to turn up the nine Bose speakers in a small coupe and see what 455 hp was all about don’t tell his boss about that though lol I’m not a rich man but I’ve bought a Range Rover off showroom floor in Frisco had two or three cars brought to my house or work free of charge from DFW area bough a few from my hometown but felt like I got took a little bit it the first car we’ve bought from norm reeves Toyota but I’ve already talked to Tyrell about another vehicle is my humble opinion that if your serious about taking the stress and anxiety out of the car buying experience please give this dealership a chance and if you want to change it to a dam good time ask for Tyrell Stewart you WILL NOT be disappointed

The dealership has not let me down as for as accessibility, availability , and cost. However I do believe the wait time be considered. As in, why has the wait time increased to 2-3hours. I came expecting it but I think it's worth looking into and correcting if possible.

Didn't get a straight answer on the lift gate problem.
Didn't get a straight answer on the lift gate problem. Was told it could be 1 of 2 issues. It's a 50/50 issue. It's either the ECU? or the lift gate shocks. For $2500 they can fix both.

Called me as soon as my oil maintenance was due and
Called me as soon as my oil maintenance was due and booked an appointment the same day. Did have my vehicle for an hour before they called me telling me it was ready. Not to mention the fantastic customer service.
