60,000 Mile Service
I was a Sport City customer for 20+ years. The reason I kept going there was because of Carlos Lopez in their Service Department. I called them last week and realized he was gone. I asked them where he was and of course, they wouldn't tell me. I tracked him down at Cowboy thanks to the internet. He is the best Service Rep I have ever dealt with! You got a good one! Thanks! I just leased for the first time... a 2020 RAV4 !!
I knew I wanted to have a SUV but was a little anxious about trading in my 2012 Camry, The customer service rep in League City recommended Cowboy Toyota. Tobias Fulton greeted me warmly , and got the ball rolling with Chris . Chris was patient , listened to me and provided all the information I needed to make an educated decision. I plan to form a long-term relationship with Cowboy Toyota! I have advised 2 co-workers to go there and I will always sing their praises. Chris is the epitome of excellent customer service!
