THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. By far ... in over 45 years of buying cars. My previous Ford Escape was totalled in January. I found a replacement to purchase at Kendall Ford in late March (after the hassles with the insurance settlement.) They lied to me several times. They did NOT listen to what I needed and I ended up NOT getting what I asked for in the deal. Lindsey was the finance manager we dealt with and she was HORRIBLE at explaining all the details. I had to go back to the dealership SEVERAL times to get copies of paperwork I had requested NUMEROUS times. I told them SEVERAL TIMES that I wanted gap insurance on the vehicle (after dealing with a car that was totalled). I NEVER GOT IT, and after 30 days from the purchase date you can't get it. Then it took them nearly 2 months to get the paperwork to the lender so the purchase could be funded. AND it was over two months for them to get the paperwork to the Oregon DMV so I could get the car registered and get license plates. The whole experience was just SO AGGREVATING AND STRESSFUL. Not to mention I'm handicapped and this whole process was too overwhelming.

Stay away from this dealership, very dishonest.
Stay away from this dealership, very dishonest. They say they do a 160 point inspection, then when you ask to see it, they can’t locate it. I could go on and on about how devious they are but I think you get the point. You’ll get much better customer service across the street at Dick Hannah

Salesman lost interest when I asked him to arrange
Salesman lost interest when I asked him to arrange delivery of a used Kia Soul EV to me. I live a couple hundred miles from Vancouver and the Soul has a range of about 75, so driving it home would have been an adventure I wasn’t looking for. Ended up buying a similar car from a dealer in the Portland area and when I told him where I live he immediately asked if I wanted it delivered.
