Took my 2025 Land Cruiser in for a Toyota recall and 10k

Took my 2025 Land Cruiser in for a Toyota recall and 10k mile service. Their version of rotating tires are just moving fronts to back stating they had to be told to cross rotate. Also all my fluids were not checked and topped off at this 10k service. The vehicle had a vibration in the front after the preformed the Toyota recall they blamed it on the cupping of my tires. Mind you to which they have been the only ones to rotate them. Needless to say the suv still has a vibration and my fluids are still low. This is after it was take back for them to review.

The very patient employees we worked with, while seeking a new car, were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, informative & reassuring. We did purchase a lovely 2026 Toyota Sequoia, and we’re grateful for their assistance in the process.

My best experience buying a new car.

My best experience buying a new car. My sales rep Kaitlyn was awesome she was straight with me answered all my questions. She is really good at her job. The finance department was also incredible. He explained all the documents to me and suggested coverages that made sense. Never pressed m e just allowed me to make an informed decision. I have bought several vehicles over the years this was by far the best experience.

All employees were very kind and accommodating. Enjoyed a stress free and low pressure buying experience. Levi was great to work with!! He thoroughly explained features of my new Toyota and made the buying process stress free.

Got scammed on a package deal I selected for my car and

Got scammed on a package deal I selected for my car and had to pay for an oil change and tire rotation that was supposed to be free till 60,000 miles so now I’m thinking about getting a lawyer and sueing for way more then what a free oil change would’ve cost like I was supposed to get

I have been a customer at this Toyota dealership for over

I have been a customer at this Toyota dealership for over 15 years. The mechanics provide excellent service. Burks and Carrie are FANTASTIC and always treat me with care and respect. Unfortunately, now, when I call to set up a service appointment, someone different has been answering. She was popping gum and ducking on hard candy, was rude. Put me on hold another time for 10 minutes (I hung up eventually). I finally complained in person and found out I was talking to someone at a CALL CENTER OUT OF STATE!

My sales representative Kaitlyn was outstanding!

My sales representative Kaitlyn was outstanding! I am not easy to work with. I commend her on her professional work. She was not pushy she answered all my questions. She was prompt in answering all my questions. I cannot state enough how grateful I am that she was my representative. I also want to commend my financial representative he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining to me all of my financial questions. I really was amazed at how easy and stress free my process was.
