We went into Bill Kidd's on the recommendation of a family friend and with the intentions of purchasing a new vehicle, but weren't able to find any in the trim packages we liked. Ivor Malin (sales) listened to our preferences and after only a short time was able to sit us in a 2010 Toyota Corolla that my daughter just loved without ever being pushy or aggressive. He let us flip-flop between features and was completely patient as we changed our "priorities" over and over. Ivor was very personable and easy to talk to which was very much appreciated considering the length of time it takes to actually purchase a vehicle. With every change or question we felt like the entire staff (sales, management, and financing) was non-judgmental and accommodating, something we've never received at other dealerships. We went in with our own financing but Ivor, Paul and a man from financing that's name escapes me (sorry) were able to work us out a great deal on our vehicle so we went with them. We definitely will be sharing our great experiences with our friends and family and will be visiting Bill Kidd's again for our future vehicles.

I had financing from my bank and did my research before coming to the dealer for a used car. Mike made the experience very easy, and we were able to agree on a fair price for the vehicle I was interested in. I was able to get financing that beat my bank's rate at the dealer and I drove the car home the same day. Other dealerships I dealt with either played too many games or took the "no-haggle" pricing to the extreme (More like "no-interest" in selling me a car). Do your research before you go to the dealer and know your options. I will consider Bill Kidd's when I purchase my next car.

The Manager Tim and the car salesman, Felix are very professional and motivated in assuring the customer is fully taken care in purchasing a Toyota. An exceptional Finance Manager provide top notch to me and my wife and finally the lady the ask about paint protection and Lojack theft protection, she was very instrumental, professional and knowledgeable please consider promoting these personnel for doing all so excellent in customer service providing thorough service without error to me and my wife. A very pleasurable car buying experience at 100 percent.

Mike was very knowledgable about the Sienna line up. He asked what I was looking for and steered me in the right direction. Mike worked with me to find a vehicle that would work with our needs. When what we were looking for was not available worked with the manager to make another Sienna work for us. He offered to pick me up and drive me to the dealership to sign the papers. Employees presented the usual after purchase add ons but there was no pressure just information. Picked me up at the light-rail station at 6 PM and I was out the door keys in hand by 8:15 PM. I would highly recommend Mike Thorton and this dealership.

From the moment I stepped into the showroom until the time I drove away in my new vehicle, it was a very positive experience. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. Of course, they are supposed to be. But at this dealership, it goes even further than that. The people I came in contact with had tenure at that dealership which speaks volumes about the organization. They sincerely enjoy what they do and it shows. "GREAT EXPERIENCE"

Tim did a great job as the salesmen for my new Toyota. I called him on the phone. Told him what I wanted. Agreed on a price and within days, we were driving home our new Cambry. No pressure, great experience!

I came here for the second time because I am very much satisfied with Service Dept. My old Tacoma that I bought here 11 years ago is in good condition and the dollars traded values was a big factor for me to proceed on buying Camry Hybrid . Also I like the way Tim Bennett explained how this new technology (Hybrid) works.
