the worst place i have ever dealt i got a 2024 Ram 1500
the worst place i have ever dealt i got a 2024 Ram 1500 For $60,000 dollar truck had a dent in it they agreed to fix they had it for 2 weeks then called my to pick it up it was the worse body work i have ever seen i complained about it the sales Manger took the used car manager with him outside to look at it while i was in the show room they did not know my wife was sitting in the car next to the truck Sales Manager started Talking xxxx about me not knowing my wife over heard everything when i came out my wife confronted him about what he said about me he was shocked not a way to treat a customer that just spent that kind of money the used car manager did agree with my that was a terrible job they did and he had it redone and it came out good he was a man of his word then for day one truck had like 18 trouble codes in it i took it to them to fix it they gave me a loaner truck now after them having my truck for 14 days they call me said truck was done they replaced the wireless charger and told me they could not duplicate the other problem witch was a cop out all they had to do was scan truck and codes where still in there so i drive a hour to pick up truck they bring to me and sure enough the error was still on the radio and codes still active so i had to open p a case with stellantis to get them involved so after numeral phone calls with Stellantis and another 35 days they finally found out it was a wiring harness and replaced this deal was such a nightmare that lost sleep over this and was mentally drained i just traded the truck in for a new truck at a different dealer i would not recommend this dealer to my anyone sad when you cant use your local dealer so after owning the truck for almost 3 months i only drove it for 10 days or so

We bought a used Jeep Gladiator from Columbia Jeep on Sept 5, 2025. The sales agent that helped us was Tanner Kelley and he did a great job. He explained several things about the vehicle and was very informative. He walked us through the process and also connected us with the General Sales Manager, Shane Dotson and the gentleman who processed the title change and the financial transaction. These guys were great; professional and personable. They gave us a great deal. Very good experience.

7500 mile service was okay.
7500 mile service was okay. —DEF FLUID overflowed onto vehicle finish —tire rotation; left pressure at 55 lbs instead of 65 lbs. Required extra work on my part to correct.
