Purchasing the vehicle was simple enough and had it shipped to my house in AZ. The problem is the dealer put the wrong VIN on all of the paperwork so I can't get a title. It's now been 11 days since they were notified of their error and I can't even get a correct Bill of Sale issue to me so I can request a new title. Have made multiple contact attempts and have not received a response. Was told it was mailed but it doesn't take a week to get mail from Las Vegas to Phoenix.

This was the best experience buying a car.
This was the best experience buying a car. They were no muss-no fuss. We negotiated the price, the vehicle was exactly as they described, they helped with shipping and were friendly and professional the entire time. I live 1400 miles away but will give these guys my business on my next purchase as well. I would recommend them without hesitation.
