I cannot say enough about the incredible experience my family had at this dealership. Jerry (the sales manager) and Jose (our salesman) went above and beyond in every possible way. Our family is going through a very difficult time—my father-in-law is on hospice and unable to leave home—but he wanted more than anything to be involved in buying a car for his 16-year-old daughter. Jerry and Jose showed such kindness, empathy, and professionalism. They allowed us to take the vehicle to my father-in-law so he could see it in person and be part of the process. That small gesture meant everything to him—and to us. Both Jerry and Jose were honest, transparent, and incredibly fair when it came to pricing. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed. Instead, we felt supported and understood. They handled our unique situation with compassion and care, making what could have been a sad or stressful moment into something truly special. Thanks to them, my entire family is not only happy with the car, but grateful for the way they honored one of my father-in-law’s final wishes. I will never forget the kindness they showed us. Cassie, my service writer, was wonderful! She made my vehicle’s repair go very smooth. I had to leave it there, which I wasn’t expecting, but she made all the arrangements for me to get back home & my ride to Enterprise the next morning. She kept me informed the whole time. Thank you!

In Ocala from CT. Getting ready to head home, and noticed coolant was LOW. Spoke to Casandra from Service. She was EXCELLENT - professional, helpful, knowledgeable. Told us to bring our Prius in, and they topped off all of the fluids, and inspected our car NO CHARGE. No other dealer would be this GREAT, and extend such a COURTESY! If we move down here we WILL BUY our next vehicle from Gettel Toyota!!!
