When I bought the vehicle, Josh Reid, and Luis Geraldo

When I bought the vehicle, Josh Reid, and Luis Geraldo sold me a contract for key replacement since my vehicle didn't come with a spare key they made it sound like it was easy to get a spare key anytime for 5 years if I ever lose my keys in still having trouble getting a key made. 2nd I told them my 4whell drive doesn't engage, and my suspension is shot. They said there was nothing they could do. So I'm stuck with an image vehicle that partially works. They said they put new j in l speakers in the vehicle before I bought it, and the speakers weren't band be they were blown old stock speakers. I put new ones in ASAP, because the old ones sounded like crap. I'm very disappointed in their service.

At dealership for 3 hours.

At dealership for 3 hours. Already had a deposit and ready to purchase after visiting earlier in the week. We were initially told accessories were not removable from vehicle and when we said we’d sign without any accessories, they were magically able to take them off. Had financing through my credit union and asked to not have credit pulled again. Requested was ignored and they pulled credit again without our knowledge and had us financed through Wells Fargo. Which means they financed internally instead of our requested credit union. Wasn’t made aware until vehicle was purchased. When asked why our financing request was ignored they said “it’s our fault” and offered a discount on extended warranty. Was not communicative at all during this process and were left sitting around and lied to.

I was very pleased during the purchase process.

I was very pleased during the purchase process. But as soon as I signed the salesman didn’t care. Didn’t go over the features on the truck or anything. I reached out to dealer multiple times for assistance and keep getting passed around. They have addressed a few of the concerns but unfortunately not all of them. The customer service at the dealership is horrible. I wish I would have bought somewhere else.

Horrible customer service after making purchase.

Horrible customer service after making purchase. You get passed off and passed off. I left 2 emails for the GM as well regarding my experience. Some of the concern has been addressed.
