I bought my 2024 Silverado new in January 2025.

I bought my 2024 Silverado new in January 2025. From having the aftermarket step rails installed, servicing the Pickup, and having an electrical issue that was no fault of Chevrolet, Keating Chevrolet Dealership, or myself. It was handled. They worked me into the Schedule and made sure the Vehicle was going to be safe and run like it should. The Service Department is one of the best. The day before I took it in, it was 6:30pm and they answered the phone. Listened to me and determined that it was still safe to drive. Arrived this morning, told what I did which was check to be sure the battery was still charged, and then let the Mechanic deal with it. And the Mechanics at Keating are Excellent. So from Sales, Service, Parts Department which I've had excellent service from, and Chevrolet Support. You will be treated right at Keating Chevrolet.

Keating's service team mis-diagnosed the problem with my

Keating's service team mis-diagnosed the problem with my vehicle. I spent ~$1300 on a recommended solution that did not work. The problem remains and Keating has no remedy or consideration for my out-of-pocket costs. Keating should bear some repercussion for their mis-diagnosis, especially since they charge $225+ for a diagnosis. Further, my vehicle was in your shop almost a week. Your work flow should be examined. I wouldn't recommend this dealership

We have bought 9 vehicles from the previous owners.

We have bought 9 vehicles from the previous owners. When we needed service it was always great. I brought my truck in for a leak. 12 days later and a very expensive bill I finally got my truck back. I miss the feel of a family owned dealership. Next time I guess I will look elsewhere . I did not feel like I was kept in the loop.

Salesman tried to persuade me that numbers had been

Salesman tried to persuade me that numbers had been adjusted for my trade when they had not. Twice. The truck they were trying to sell me was not on the lot nor was there one similar. Wanted me to leave a down payment and bring the truck in. "That's what loyal customers do," said the sales manager. Tried to convince me there was something wrong with my trade in. Would not guarantee numbers if I walked out. Held on to my keys, so I could not leave. Walked in as a woman on her own and sure felt like they would have, and tried, to take absolute advantage. Keating Conroe is no Buckalew. Don't waste your time.

I would rate 10 stars if I could. Have been doing business with Buckalew for many years - buying vehicles, and having them serviced here. Since the dealership changed over to Keating, same excellent service! Recently had oil changed, air filter and cabin filter replaced as well as an inspection. Service department did an excellent job, and was very professional and informative. Same for service advisor, Jeff. The best!! Thanks to all of you at Keating Chevrolet!

Called this morning to set an appointment to have an

Called this morning to set an appointment to have an Error Code read on my 2013 Silverado 3500hd. We are 70 years old and visiting from Missouri. I use my truck daily for work here for 2 months. Randall (service advisor) told me I'd have to leave my truck for 5 days just to read the code...then he told me that the repairs would be 6 weeks out. He made it clear that he did not care about my dilemma...he was short and not interested in helping. He also told me to rent a car for the 5 days of diagnosing the problem and for the time needed for repairs. I'll go elsewhere...

Perry Hall is very helpful service advisor. And Amy McGuigan my sales rep is the best. It?s like having an advisor on every new product that comes out. I?m a corvette nut and this is my home for Chevy products.

I bought my pickup new seven years ago and have had it in

I bought my pickup new seven years ago and have had it in for service about every four thousand miles, and service department has been great. When I needed to get something fixed it was done on time and told me what was wrong a what they did to fix it. When I buy another vehicle it will be from Buckalew
