Without a doubt, worst customer service I have ever...

Without a doubt, worst customer service I have ever received. Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership as an out-of-state customer (I live in MA). I was happy to find they had a department dedicated to out-of-state/online purchases because I know there can be extra complications. In fact purchasing and receiving the car (I had them ship it to me) was actually a fairly smooth and easy experience (there were a few hiccups that in retrospect were maybe red flags but overall it was fine). Things got very difficult very quickly when it came to my vehicle's registration, which I elected to pay the standard fee for CarVision to take care of for me. It took nearly three months before I had my registration and license plates in hand, meaning my vehicle was unregistered for over a month (the temporary reg only lasts 60 days) and I had no way to lawfully drive in the meantime. I made, with no exaggeration, dozens of phone calls- doing the work and solving the problems I had already paid them to do. I would, without fail, not be connected with someone who could help or disconnected altogether. I would never get calls back. I would never get emails back. Receiving service from this dealership was so incredibly difficult, it's frankly not even believable. Immense waste of time and effort. I'm sure things would have been easier if I was an in-state customer. But if you're looking to buy from out-of-state, DON'T BUY FROM HERE. Absolutely not worth it.

I think to keep this PG I will just say your better off going to ANY other dealership. Lazy staff who would rather play on their phones then sell you a car is just the top of the iceberg!
