If there was an option to give zero stars I certainly would. I highly suggest you stay away from Carmart in Walpole!!!!! They sold me a lemon and did absolutely nothing to fix the issues I had when my vehicle was still under the lemon law warranty stating that the water pump wasn't part of the lemon law. I have contacted an attorney because when they refused to fix the issue I took it to a volvo dealer and they told me I have $6800 worth of issues to this vehicle. Do not i repeat DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

So far, this experience hasn't been great. Aside from the language barrier (which isn't a huge deal), communication has been poor. They messed up the purchase and sale agreement 2x, they failed to sign the RTA, trying to get ahold of anything is next to impossible. No one can just give you a call back, they always request for you to call them back, but when you do the person needed is no where to be found or on break, or some other excuse. I tried to purchase this car 2 weeks ago, and still in the process! It's exhausting. The car is a good deal, and clean, but I would never recommend this place to someone who is looking.
