I've bought seven vehicles from this dealership. Jake is by far the best I have ever worked with. He is straight to the point, and doesn't pressure at all like typical sales people. He make sure I have all my questions answered, and then I fully understand before I sign anything. He also makes it super easy and convenient when I need any service done to any of my vehicles. Super flexible. On top of that the service department is amazing. I just had a super charger installed online 2022 Rocky Ridge. Sophia is Service made it really easy to schedule everything. Also, a shout out to trace from the finance department. Super transparent, and really quick, I'm always in and out of finance within 25 minutes.

Since purchasing our Lincoln at Castle Ford Lincoln, in Michigan City, Indiana, in 2018, the vehicle maintenance service and one on one relationship with our service reps has always been just great. Helpful guidance from our service reps is always explained in detail so we know what special attention will be needed in our future service visits…OR….if only a “works” package visit can be thought about. We always wait for our vehicle in a lovely area…and our service is always completed in a timely manner. Our total Lincoln experience has been such a pleasure to date. Our trips back and forth from Indiana to Florida 3-5 times a year-fabulous with an unbeatable Lincoln ride. We have just been so satisfied with the total service package we have received from our Castle Ford Lincoln in Michigan City, Indiana.
