I purchased a vehicle last week and had a great experience. It was very relaxed, no pushiness and Jake was excellent at finding me exactly what I wanted. It was the first time a dealer was not pushy and met my budget. It was my last stop, sick of looking at cars, and glad I did stop. The best part, they registered, delivered my new car with a FULL tank of gas! Never happened like that in CT.

Charged me $77 to inform me they couldn't do an alignment because of a stuck tie rod adjuster. Quoted me $1650 for a new tie rod assembly. I priced a complete assembly with a lifetime warranty $150. But I didn't need one, since I got mine to move with a little wd40. Avoid this place at all costs!

On July 7, 2023, I stopped by McGee CDJR of Springfield to "check out" their selection of used Ram trucks. I was not anticipating driving away in one of them a couple of hours later. I had a great trade experience with them, the staff was welcoming and friendly and most importantly without any buying pressure whatsoever. My salesperson was exceptional, unlike salespeople from other dealerships. I would like to thank "Earl Small" for being cordial, professional and enjoyable to work with. I was an extreme pleasure to have had such a fantastic salesperson as Earl. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to everyone as I know that I will go back when the need or desire happens again.

They have plenty of sales staff, which is fine, my problem lies within service. Just like pulling teeth to try and get an honest answer from them and for them to actually order a warrantied part and have fixed has been a complete s@&$ show, Rather not discuss the whole story but it’s been going on for week and a half after the initial so called service day, just fed up with how they conduct this side of the business and McGee is NOT for me, I’ll be switching back to Keene dealership as they’ve never done me wrong. Only used these guys because there 6 miles away but I’ll drive the half hr 40 min to go elsewhere

Don was great when I went to Kelly's thinking about trading in my vehicle for a newer one. Not only did he help me find one that was just right, but I had no troubles getting it within my specified needs. Also, what a smooth and seamless transition! Then, signing the paperwork was so quick and painless, it was hard to believe.I was super happy with everything about my transaction. :)
