Recently traveled from NC home to visit friend in Leesburg. During visit my Subaru begun to smoke under the hood. Fortunately found Stohlman near by. Arrived at service department at 3pm on Friday with of course no appointment. They quickly diagnosed the problem and said car would be ready the next day. They also coordinated with my home dealer to see that all costs were covered. They could not have been more helpful. Many thanks for your great service Arvan Nano.

My experience with the Stohlman Subaru service department
My experience with the Stohlman Subaru service department was disappointing. I scheduled a visit to diagnose a broken windshield and mentioned needing a rental car due to safety concerns. Upon arrival, I was informed of a $300 deposit requirement for the rental, which was unexpected as it wasn't previously communicated. Despite my vehicle purchase including rental privileges, they insisted on a credit card payment, which I didn't have. Improved communication regarding policies would prevent such inconveniences and address customer safety concerns more effectively.
