MJ was a total blessing to me.

MJ was a total blessing to me. After purchasing a car from the previous dealership owner, he was able to resolve my perceived issue by talking to me. He called me, listened to my concerns and then provided me with solid information. I am forever grateful.

Went to look at QX50 and potentially a 2nd car.

Went to look at QX50 and potentially a 2nd car. Worked with sales rep and ended up buying the vehicles. We determined the next day that the sales rep had changed the deal by including some warranty packages we specifically didnt want. The deal left a very bad taste in our mouth. I reached out and finally got a hold of the sales manager MJ. He saved the day and corrected the issues. Very much appreciate his attention, reaching out and taking steps to make things right. What initially felt like a sour transaction, now feels very good. We are happy with the cars also. Thank you MJ!

looked at a qx50 when discussing cost salesmen tried to add almost $2000 joining infinity plan. It took at least a dozen times of saying No before they stopped talking about it. Then said there was a mandatory $500 charge for etching the numbers in the car. We said we did not want that, and they said it was mandatory What a bunch of xx. Will not purchase a car from here or recommend anyone else to.

Great experience!

Great experience! The only drawback is they didn't put gas in the car. It's the first time I've ever purchased a car and the dealership didn't fill it up with gas
