Great experience with Auto Empire. Transaction was smooth as silk. Their fees were half another used car dealer. Hunter was very helpful and ever talked me through the whole process. My daughter needed a decent used car for college and Hunter talked to me about everything they had in my price range. Great deal on a solid used car! Will be back in a couple years when my son goes off to college.

I found Auto Empire online because I’m from Charlotte, NC. Hunter T. and Josh H. were super helpful. They even did a FaceTime with me to look at several different cars. That had a Jaguar I really wanted that I couldn’t find anywhere else on the East Coast. The offered to assist with transport down here but I wanted to test drive the car first so I flew into Richmond, got an Uber to their dealership and had a good test drive. Car was EXACTLY as they described and legit told me everything they thought could be an issue, but it’s a JAG so that’s to be expected. It was one of a kind and I’m glad they held it for me with me a $500 deposit. Transaction went smooth as silk! Especially being from NC. Would definetly buy from again if they get another Jaguar in stock. Drove all the way home with zero issues! 5 stars.

Auto Empire was excellent. Hunter T was super helpful and answered all my questions. I found the perfect truck online and didn’t want to have to drive all the way from Norfolk just to look at it so she offered to do a FaceTime and showed me the whole truck. Under the hood, under the wheel wells, everything. I was expecting to have to drive all that way. I made an appointment to come test drive the truck after work and they were super accommodating of my schedule. I ended up putting $500 down after the test drive until Navy Fed got my loan together. It was only like 3 days later I was able to pick the truck up! But that’s because Navy Fed took that long. They had the truck ready to go when I test drove it but I didn’t have the cash. Hunter even offered to arrange shipping but it had a buddy drive me up. It was worth the trip for the exact truck I wanted. They had several good looking trucks but I wanted a specific GMC. Great experience! Highly recommend.

Purchased a truck from Auto Empire in July 2025. Very pleased with the price and condition of the truck. Hunter was great to work with from start to finish. I’ve had terrible experiences at dealerships and would recommend Auto Empire over any dealership. They are upfront about the vehicles, price fairly and have an extremely low processing fee. Hard to imagine a better car buying experience than the one I had here. Highly recommend buying here.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Auto Empire out of state(half way across the country), and the experience was nothing short of excellent. Their team went above and beyond by sending me detailed pictures of anything I asked for, FaceTiming with me, and even providing videos so I could verify the car was exactly what I wanted before committing. They made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. I was able to purchase the vehicle from out of state and have it transported without a single issue. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They had the exact car I was looking for but were a 21 hour drive away. I couldn’t just stop by someday. I highly recommend Auto Empire to anyone—especially if you’ve found the perfect car but can’t find it locally. It’s absolutely worth buying from them, and I would trust them any day!

I have always been leery of going to dealerships, but I was put at ease quickly as soon as I drove in the lot and Hunter walked out to greet me. Since we had been communicating by text, she had the truck I wanted to look at out front waiting for me. The truck was exactly as it was described and after I test drove it, I decided to buy it. I rarely see customer service at the level that Hunter and Josh gave me, patience, kindness, understanding, and a willingness to answer any questions I had. They go above and beyond what other dealerships would. I highly recommend Auto Empire whether you’re just looking or ready to buy; you will enjoy meeting them. This small dealership is absolutely fantastic. They will work with you to help make the business work. I was planning on doing financing which I learned they don't do and while I was trying to secure a loan from my bank they sent me a application from a bank they use as a backup if my bank didn't get me a loan. They did their best to communicate so I could get the money to the dealership before other people would get to the dealership to test drive the car that I was getting the money for. They are great people that will treat you right.
