Sarchione Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

They are the shadiest used car dealer that I have ever encountered. I am an old car guy, been through a lot of cars in my years. Here is the deal, on Friday 8/11 I contact salesman Phil about a 2013 Jeep Rubicon, for my dad (who is very aged). I make a deal with him at full asking price, plus fees and tax, agreed and give them $500 deposit. I was going on Monday to pick it up. On Saturday morning, Phil is off, but another salesman goes and sells the Jeep, I get an apologetic call from Phil on Sunday about the matter. I spoke with Brian Haasz first thing on Monday morning, his comment is "The deposit is only good to hold the negotiated deal, not to hold the vehicle". This is the lamest response that I can imagine. Do not trust these people with a deposit and think that they are going to hold the vehicle. Only fault I may have with Phil is maybe he could have pasted a SOLD sticker on the Jeep, possible that could have held it. At this point, I have a notice that the deposit is being refunded, but of course still screwed out of the Jeep that we wanted and rightfully should have purchased. Eric Glazier 08/14/2023

I took my car to get an axle that they recently fixed looked at yesterday. Today, my car has a mass air flow malfunction. Ive had this car since july 2022 and have had multiple issues. Not really sure whats going on in the service department but it really is aggravating putting your trust into the place you purchased your vehicle from only to continue to run into obstacles. This should not be happening considering I havent even had the car for a year.

First time going to auto mall and deal with the Steve Uhl. Everyone was professional, everyone knew their stuff. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be sending more customers your way
