I inquired about a used Subaru Forester (online).

I inquired about a used Subaru Forester (online). The online experience was very good. Very responsive. Stayed in touch and responded to our one concern after seeing the car on the lot. The response was very positive and our concern was addressed in a very fair and satisfactory way. Our visit to the dealership was awkward and very disappointing. The salesman was very low energy, didn't seem interested at all in selling us the car. We asked for the key so that we could see inside. The salesman did not offer to let us test drive, knew very little if anything about the car and was very hard to engage in conversation. Again, very awkward. At one point he told us he use to sale Subaru's but left because he needed to make money. We felt that since we weren't there to buy a high end car he was not engaged at all ... honestly we felt second class. We are both highly professional, well established and certainly financial able to purchase most any car we'd like. I prefer Subaru's hence seeking your dealership after seeing the Forester online. We purchased a Subaru on Saturday from another dealership. Again, your online salesman was great. Please extend our thanks and appreciation to him.
