I had my first service experience at Maserati-Alfa Romeo
I had my first service experience at Maserati-Alfa Romeo of Marin 7/2024. Woody, the Aftersales Director is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Chris, my Service Consultant was quite pleasant during my visits. They both had great communication with me the 2 weeks or so my car was there. I really love the 4C Launch Edition as it is 1 of 500 that made it to the US market. My disappointment in this limited production car comes at 4,740 miles, my car wouldn't go into gear. After a diagnostic, I was told I needed a new accelerator pedal position sensor, and a new PCM Module-ECU. I am a bit upset with Alfa Romeo Corporate Headquarters not offering a complimentary replacement of these 2 parts. With such low miles in mint condition, this failure is not acceptable in my eyes. Shame on Alfa Romeo Headquarters, I pray I don't have any more costly issues for years to come. Thank you to the entire team at Alfa Romeo in Marin. A big thank you to the Tech that worked on my car, cleared the codes, and reset the drive cycle so I could pass Smog! I highly recommend SF Exotic Cars in Marin. David R.

They fixed my car in a timely fashion.
They fixed my car in a timely fashion. The alignment was done and the steering wheel isn’t dead center so I will need to take it back for an adjustment. It really would be nice if they had a loaner car available. Also, this is the second time that I have picked up my car and they haven’t washed it. Both times they said they didn’t have time for the detailer to wash the car. It’s nice to pick up your car and have it clean after a service and spending big $$.
