Very deceptive pricing. The price you see online is not...

Very deceptive pricing. The price you see online is not even close to what the price of the care is. They add on every little fee they think they can get away with. This the last place I would buy a car.

A complete itemization of pricing and fees including an estimate of your plating was emailed to you multiple times. The pricing was also discussed with you on the phone from our Internet Manager. Our experience goal is one of complete Transparency not deception. In fact, the reason you contacted us from so far away was because of the value and content of our one owner 2018 Jeep Compass. Additionally an NADA evaluation was sent to you that reflected the market of higher mileage vehicles at approximately $2000 more than ours. Good luck to you.

The service department is horrible!!! Bought a "CERTIFIED" 17 Dodge Challenger in September. Had it 8 days water pump went out, rear-end needed replaced, axle boot was leaking also radio was shutting off and on for no reason. So in over the 3 month span we have had it maybe 4 weeks total. Every time it was in the shop we got the run around on it getting fixed and it was there forever. You would think when a customer spends $40,000 on a vehicle you would do everything possible to give them the best service.

I tried to buy a used vehicle today. I was ready to drive a couple of hours to make purchase. I was excited about the car too! My experience with this dealership was horrible because of pricing. Price posted on the Internet was $9,999.00. This price is misleading. They actually wanted $11,789.00 including fees and taxes. The taxes were only $771.00. I feel cheated out of it. I am insulted to have almost another thousand dollars added to the purchase price. Read the small print. I am insulted! How rude!

Dear Bosak, Come on, man. Really? The Internet prIce was $9,999.00. The mandatory $650 plus "reconditioning upcharge fee" should be included in the listed price. No one could walk in Bosak and expect to pay $9,999.00, sales tax and doc prep fee as they should. If so, the vehicle would be in my driveway. End of story! The $9,999.00 price shown is not the price for the vehicle. I am genuinely upset and, as you stated, you are sorry. My customer experience rating is a true reflection of my family's wasted day. Bought Jeep from this dealership and it came with a factory wiring but no hitch. I installed a hitch and then realized the lights needs activated by there computer to work. They refused to turn them on because I didnt have them install the hitch. Why on earth do they put trailer wiring on it if they wont even activate it for you. Buyers beware
