They are friendly and very gracious to what customers

They are friendly and very gracious to what customers wants and needs are. They have a warm family environment in there facility. They take there time explaining everything about the vehicle and listen to what your concerns are.

I've been to many dealers over the years, but none have

I've been to many dealers over the years, but none have risen to the level of Performance Dodge. From the sales, service and management, they couldn't have been more accommodating. I traveled 45 minutes for get my vehicle serviced. Thank you Performance Dodge.

Smooth an easy experience. All reps were friendly without being overly pushy. Got the deal I was looking for without hassle.

When I arrived I spoke to the service manager and advised

When I arrived I spoke to the service manager and advised him what I needed done. He advised me that he was able to do the repairs but it would take a couple of hours to complete it. He offered to give me a ride home and pick me up when the repairs were completed. I advised him no that I would wait for the vehicle. He advised me if I changed my mind to let him know and he would give me a ride home and pick me up when repairs were done. The employees were very friendly and price’s were fare. From now on I will have my vehicle service there.

Had my truck for 3 weeks got it back and there were bolts

Had my truck for 3 weeks got it back and there were bolts loose, oil down the side of my truck, oilly handprints and shoe marks on my bumper.

Everyone on your staff was helpful, friendly and

Everyone on your staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. Rob R. was the first to greet me and assist with my inquiry of a vehicle. Rob was my sales consultant along with the assistance of Troy who assisted with additional questions. Will was knowledgeable and assisted with any additional inquiry that required further explanation. The entire team that was there was able to help me get into the vehicle I was searching for and purchased. I also spoke with the G.M. Before final preparations of my purchased vehicle. What a day. What an experience. Thank you all for assuring my purchase was satisfactory.

Bait and switch dealership.

Bait and switch dealership. Advertised vehicle in paper for a price and then charge thousands of dollars more when you get there. Don't return calls about missing accessories like jack handles and lug wrenches, Lie about other people coming to buy the vehicle so you feel pressured to purchase it. Don't clean the vehicle that was covered with animal hair and trash under seats. Try to make you sign paperwork for warranty by slipping it in the mix. Then when called out later on social media they threatened me with the police by saying they were harassed and threatened which is all lies. Then tried to say I had subpar credit which is odd since I have a great interest rate with a very reputable bank. Don't do business with this place unless you want to be overcharged and treated like crap during and well after the sale.
