Great customer care! Staff is really polite! I needed work done on a bigger vehicle an they took me in right there an then. I thought I needed extra work but they advised I’d be spending more than I needed too, So I thought that was very thoughtful. Otherwise everything was in great working condition after a inspection. I’d definitely go back for sure!

Counter courteous and polite, however did ask while rotating tires could they check pressure, said yes , I asked again while paying bill was told it was done, get in to leave and tire pressure light still up. I also get service coupons in mail that say 38.95 for LOF tire rotation, still charged 75.00 said it expired.

I am very happy with everything from start to finish. They made the process easy and I would definitely recommend them for a new vehicle

Not willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer purchased a pre-owned car 2019 found out a couple days later it was empty on the antifreeze how to fill it up they think nothing of it something else got wrong with it rear tail light what's going in and out then the window on the driver side keeps going down on every bump not to mention there is a crack on the back bumper which I was told was going to be fixed hasn't been mentioned to me at all when they're going to do it. Surprised did they didn't try to take care of this stuff which was not very big and all they said to me was sorry it was sold as is so I guess they sell as is means that there's nothing wrong with it and make sure you catch it before you walk out the dealership because of not you're stuck with a lemon. I did play with them very nicely to work with me they simply reply with a snobby tone sorry will cover half if not they're not going to fix it.

Although their prices seem on the high side, Performance Dodge has a good service department and their mechanics do good work.

Always friendly and clean. Alway explain in detail if any problems with my car. Would never take it anywhere else.
