Not upfront about the pricing of their new cars. I expect a AMV in this current market but this dealership was not upfront on their mark up. When they finally revealed their pricing, the AMV was $20k!! Great for them if they can get someone to pay up that much but pretty rude not to let someone know ahead of time (wasted 2+ hours of my time)
