This was my second time using Performance Dodge service...

This was my second time using Performance Dodge service department. My appointment was booked with ease and when I arrived, my service was done in a timely manner. The staff was professional and friendly. Overall, a great experience!

I was called a half dozen dealerships. They all gave me the run around. They were giving me crazy numbers. Thinking I was not serous about buying new. Kye was very patient and asked the right questions. Didn't just through a numbers at me. We struck a deal next day over the phone. I drove 77 miles to buy my truck. Well worth it. Performance did a great job. thank you everyone.

My experience with Performance Dodge has been the worst...

My experience with Performance Dodge has been the worst buying nightmare of my life. I was deceived in negotiating my deal on a 2021 Ram 1500 with the addition of a remote start system. They inflated the cost of the system which I then found out was less then half of that price. After back and forth of logistics nightmare of getting the system installed I finally had to coordinate the install myself After calling Eric Gandy the manager out on the inappropriate cost. he said he would reimburse me the costs but after a week and a half and continued calls which he will not take I still have no resolution. Eric Gandy should not be in any position in dealing with paying customers. He is not truth worthy or responsible to put the customer first. I Then found they withheld a signed document in my deal package pertaining to the same system which I found out later, I called them on it, and they mysteriously found it at the dealership, Strange? my sales person Troy will not return calls or messages. Now I am left with a 3 year lease relationship with a dealership who refuses to interact with me their customer. I caution anyone who is considering making a deal with performance dodge
