Showed up at 9:45pm to look at the Rams while the dealership was closed and when we got there there were still employees there finishing up a previous deal. Alex introduced himself and said let him know if we need anything. As we were leaving he thanked us for coming and asked if we had any questions. After Alex had went above and beyond we knew our purchase would be from there. The following day my husband called and talked to Alex and told him exactly what he wanted and he also dealt with Joe whom we previously purchased a truck with. The got the deal done, did all the paperwork ahead of time. We showed up at 5:00 and we’re driving away in our new pick up by 6:00! Easiest transaction ever!!!

Service was excellent and George went out of his way to keep me updated on where to sit, time service would take and where to check out. The other gentleman in the service department was kind enough to get my van for me when I left the building....overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Nice selection and prices. When it comes to promising to fix things, make sure you get it ALL in writing or they will not honor it. I bought a 2019 wrangler with the hood severely scratched. I was promised by joe Shwartz it would fixed along with some paint bubbling on 2 doors, damaged center console latch and unconnect issue. all was fixed except good. When I brought it to joes attention he swore he had no idea what I was talking about and then asked if I had it in WRITING. I did not. The only thing they wrote down was the console latch as it was the only part that had to be ordered. They all come off as great guys and ready to help. I do love my car but do not leave without everything in writing. They will not help you later on. They will deny conversation if it wasn’t in writing or warranty related as I found out later was the case with the bubbled paint. Get it all in writing. They are not your pals, friends etc. They’re a business who’s job it to make money.

Always professional, friendly and helpful! They always can fit you in quickly and have your ready for you when you need it. I never take my car anywhere else.

Very unhappy with the service department. Waited for over 5 hours past appointment time to get a half assed diagnosis of my truck, had to pay more $ for a test to find problem, you kept my truck over night because it took so long to find problem because you had tech’s call out sick, drained a full gas tank to do repairs, returned truck with a completely empty tank and the reverse camera now doesn’t work properly. 110% unhappy with the “new service” staff. Wish the old crew was back. Won’t be using your shop or dealership again.

Took truck in for some recall work. They were very nice and did great work. Got truck back same day. Jorge was great and handled it excellently
