These people are disreputable. They do not offer...

These people are disreputable. They do not offer transparency. The pressure to buy same day is unbearable. They are not responsive to mistakes. I was told my 2019 jeep had EVERYTHING. No navigation! How is that everything?

Dave was very helpful and explained the whole repair process clearly. Will definitely return when vehicle needs service again.Had a very good first experience at performance Dodge.

Online Shopping

Online shopping was great, they were quick to answer questions & the process was better than going to the showroom. Everything was also safe during the virus issues during these times. If I needed a mask they would provide one. The truck was cleaned with wipes before I entered for the test drive. This was also one of my best over all vehicle buying experiences. They were quick & to the point no games.

Service dept is great, guy behind service counter great, price is a bit high...but I would return for minimal service for sure but shop around for 2nd price options for lesser amounts if I could on more major repairs outside of warranty services.

Had to reschedule and it was not a problem and the work was done in less time. I was pleased with the quick service and how Service handle my pick up truck.

Service tire pressure system

Service Tire pressure system warning was not reconciled. A nail was found in the tire and the tire was plugged but the issue with the warning was not.
