The sales team, including sales and finance manager were

The sales team, including sales and finance manager were completely unprofessional. Their extremely high pressure tactics were unrelenting even as they knew I was in cardiac distress. The communication between the finance and sales departments were non-existent. The finance manager became hostile because he had to redo the contract several times because of the misinformation from the sales team. The finance manager told us the car we were buying would be titled as a new car, when in fact Volvo USA, informed me it was a non certified used car. This was the most unprofessional dealership I have dealt with in my 45 years of purchasing luxury vehicles.

On August 03, 2025 I submitted an email inquiry to Volvo

On August 03, 2025 I submitted an email inquiry to Volvo Cars Fort Myers as to the availability of a 2025 XC40 with 5912 miles listed for sale. I received an immediately response via email by Sales Representative "Arley Ricardo" who was warm, engaging and displayed subject matter expertise relative to the vehicle in question and dealership. Arley was organized in his demeanor during our entire interaction and routinely conveyed transparency regarding pricing and financing options. After a few days of effective back and forth communication we reached a purchase agreement on August 06, 2025. During the entire process, Arley and the staff of "Volvo Cars Fort Myers" provided "Superior Customer Service," cemented with courtesy, professionalism and respect: An experience that certainly merits a, ******** 5 STAR RATING *********
