Na'eem was great! I came in to look at a 2013 Ford Fusion and he was helpful, knowledgeable and fair. They had just gotten the car in so hadn't had a chance to detail yet. We purchased that day and he made sure the car got cleaned up the way it should be, even thought the sale was already done!

The acquisition manager, Marcia, reached out to me to purchase my 2014 Ford Fusion SE with 94,000 miles. It’s listed for $6,100 and she asked me over the phone if I wanted $6,500. Fusions in that area with similar mileage are selling for roughly $8,500. After speaking to her manager she returned with a $5,250 offer. What a waste of two hours driving.

Had over $4500 worth of work done at this dealership .
Had over $4500 worth of work done at this dealership .They called on Thursday to say it was ready for pick up . My husband is disabled but since he body work done in addition to mechanical work he wanted to see it before we paid . Since he can’t drive we ubered over so he could see and I could drive the car home . He is wheel chair dependent ! I realized they put the wrong month inspection sticker on . While I was in paying , a machanic ? Came to take car back in and my husband was sitting in car . He told him he had to get out of car ??? To my surprise I turned around and there was my husband walking into the service bay unsupervised !!! 2 hrs later , after complaining about the wait and meeting with Eric “ the service manger “ we finally got out of there . Eric , is not empowered to do anything except to say sorry and offer a future credit !!!! I can’t believe after that inconvenience he would think we would be back . It appears to me that they need to do better trading for Machanics and MANAGERS. Your managers need to be better empowered if your goal is happy customers and returning business . I definitely would not recommend this dealership for service .

They posted a truck on Facebook and I saw it immediately.
They posted a truck on Facebook and I saw it immediately. I contacted the salesman right away and said that I wanted to purchase it. We began doing the paperwork over the phone and I put down a deposit. He even discussed the sale with his sales manager as I had some questions. I was even sent a pic of the truck with a sold sign in it to assure me that it was mine. The next morning I was sent a few texts about them preparing the truck in their shop. An hour later, the salesman contacted me to tel me that the truck was sold to someone else that was coming in the next few days. Apparently someone dropped the ball in letting everyone know there was a deposit on it, even the sales manager. So be very careful when trusting the vehicle is yours, especially if you put a deposit down.

We have bought our vehicles from here since 2000.... Never had a bad experience with our chosen salesperson.(Don Dekay) all around great guy. Very knowledgeable, straight shooter. A person you can trust. Advice - want to know a car? Be sure you're getting a great deal, go see him. If he can put up with me, he can win over anyone.

Amazing experience. My sales person, J'mar, was a true rockstar. He got my deal done and even picked me up from Baltimore as my wife didn't want to drive 90 minutes in the rain. His follow-up was perfect. Highly recommend!!
