Came in on weds 12pm appt.
Came in on weds 12pm appt. for oil change+ censor. After 4hrs approached desk, to be told what I needed. Car had oil changed & was already parked. Why I wasn't called or asked sooner for neede additionals shows laziness.due to lack of comm only got oil change & then had to go back to reset gages too. Customer service, communication, timelyness is severely lacking. Probably won't return.
