Brought my car in for service. My car is already shiny and they decided to run my ceramic coated car through their car wash. That leaves a lot of swirl marks on my car for something I did not ask for. I’m wondering what chemical they used in the car wash. They did not completely rinse it off. The water spots that were left on my ceramic coating never completely removed after 3 hours trying to remove them with ceramic cleaning product that I been using for years to remove rain water spots. It’s very annoying. They told me “I did not ask them not to”. What kind of reason is that? So they can damage my vehicle when I don’t ask them not to and it’s fine? So they can replace a part of my vehicle if I don’t ask them not to? I brought my older vehicle in for service and it was dirty, they didn’t even bother run it through the car wash so I know it’s not a courtesy car wash every time. I’m not gonna be that nice next time around and I shouldn’t ask them not to wash my vehicle if it’s already clean. Use some common sense. (My vehicle was right out of my detailing garage and was sparkle when they decided to run through the car wash.)

The dealership was very friendly and helpful my sales person went out of their way to find me a car I would like. The finance person was friendly and efficient and explained in detail my options. My sales person explained everything in detail about my car being sure I understood the functions and how they worked.
